If you want to use your personal cellphone for GU work:
Verizon customers:
please complete and sign the "Relinquishing Customer" section of the attached form and email Kishan Kariawasam (kariawak@georgetown.edu).
AT&T customers:
Email Kishan Kariawasam (kariawak@georgetown.edu) the following information:
Phone number to be transferred
Account Number
Account owners name
Account Owner's billing address
Account Owner's phones/email
The transfer process usually takes 3-5 business days and you will receive one last prorated bill.
We will release the back to you upon request.
