Each request will take time to evaluate and might require further discussion regarding the overall strategy and implementation of the giving form. Please be thorough in completing the request form, which will facilitate a timely review of your request. Not every request will be approved.
If you are not a staff member of the Office of Advancement (OA), you must first secure an OA sponsor for your request. If you do not have an OA partner or would like assistance in procuring one, please contact giving@georgetown.edu and someone will reach out to you.
Important note: In addition to the designations (or funds) you request, every giving form must include โGeorgetown Fundโ and a write-in โOtherโ option. Any exception to this policy requires a) a scholarship fund, and b) approval from OA leadership.

New online giving form requests and existing form updates can take up to three weeks from submission to implementation. Thank you for your patience.
Updates to an existing giving form can be made twice a year and is subject to approval.

- Name of an OA sponsor
- Name, email, and Georgetown affiliation of the requestor
- Reason for the form request
- Parent form selection (what unit or overarching program does this form most align with)
- Link to any existing form(s)
- What designation(s) should be included on the form; important note: ALL designations must be connected to GMS Gift work tags (funds 1703, 2802 or 3101). You can contact giving@georgetown.edu if you need any additional information.

Reporting will be the responsibility of the requestor, or should be coordinated with the OA sponsor. In some circumstances, Annual Giving can provide simple reports on a quarterly or bi-annual basis.
