Clover Terminal Information

Please review the details below with regards to requesting and using a Clover Credit Card Terminal.

Loaner Request: To request a Clover terminal for an event, please visit this link.

PCI Training: You are required to take the annual PCI Training by visiting https://ocfo.georgetown.edu/revenue/pci/training/ if you have not done so in the last 12 months. The course takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Usage and Care: The Clover Flex device is extremely susceptible to drops and will be disabled if it detects any issues, so please treat the device with appropriate care. You should use your unique Clover PIN (typically the last for of your UID found on your GoCard) when operating the terminal. If you do not have a PIN, please reach out to advsupport@georgetown.edu, and we can assist you.

Clover Interface and Navigation:

Takes you to the home screen
Takes you to the previous screen
Gives you the option to toggle apps or close out an app (after the X appears)

Mobile Plan: The cost is $15 per month (billed daily) so please let me know if the device will not be used for more than a week at a time and I can suspend service. We can suspend or reinstate service within 1-2 hours. Do not connect the device to WiFi without approval from your PCI Coordinator.

Credit Card Transaction Template (New form coming soon): This is required for Gift Administration reconciliation. Please submit the form and receipts (charges and refunds) at least weekly to advogasupport@georgetown.edu.
Close a Batch: All batches are set to auto-close at 9 pm each day and you do not need to take any action.
