Zoom Workspace Reservation (2115)
We are pleased to announce that reservable workspaces are now available at 2115 Wisconsin Avenue, 4th floor, for Advancement staff who do not have an office/cube assigned.
To reserve a Workspace (Using Zoom):

Open the Zoom app: Sign in with your NetID and password, if needed.

Access Workspaces: Click "Workspaces" from the top menu.

Choose a location: If applicable, select the correct location from the dropdown.

Select a workspace: Click on the circle next to the desired space on the floor plan.

Reserve: In the panel, choose the date and time, then click "Reserve".

Open the Zoom app: Sign in.

Navigate to Workspaces: Follow the steps as you would on a computer, potentially tapping "More" then "Workspaces".

Reserve: Select the desired workspace and follow the prompts to choose a date and time, then click "Reserve".
Additional Tips:
Delete/Edit a Reservation:
- Navigate to the reserved location.
- Click on your avatar.
- Click on the desired icon to delete/edit.
Additional Information:
- Spaces can be reserved from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Spaces can be reserved up to 30 days in advance. Please remember to cancel your reservation if you do not need the space.
- Remember to check in to your workspace within 30 minutes of the reservation start time. Spaces will be released after 30 minutes without a check-in. You will receive an email with a link to check in.
